Krista Luzio
BIOGRAPHY
Krista Luzio possesses a wide range of experience defending her clients in cases involving professional negligence, general negligence, nursing home negligence and product liability. She focuses on the defense of healthcare providers and institutions, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians, nurses, and dentists/dental practice groups.
Krista’s track record includes favorable verdicts in highly contested trials with significant post-trial motion and appellate practice. She is experienced in all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including using dispositive motion practice as a tool to successfully narrow issues for her clients.
Krista has been recognized as a “Leading Lawyer", an accolade given to lawyers who have proven themselves professional, ethical, and experienced early in their legal careers. While a law student at DePaul University, Luzio clerked for three years at a Chicago law firm focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability.
