Women’s History Month: A conversation between Jennifer Ries and Maiya Roddick-Fuller

March 18, 2024

As we honor Women’s History Month, we must recognize the invaluable contributions women have made in various fields, including the legal industry.

HPS Partner, Jennifer Reis, met with HPS Associate, Maiya Roddick-Fuller, to chat about their experiences as women navigating the complexities of the legal world. Their insightful discussion offers a glimpse into the realities women face in the legal profession and how they navigate their work in a male-dominated field.

Maiya, an Associate based in our Carlsbad office, earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating with honors. Jennifer, a Partner based in our Chicago office, obtained her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.
