Britt Woodman
BIOGRAPHY
Britt M. Woodman served as a law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada and the Boston Bankruptcy Court from 2020 to 2025. Prior to clerking, she worked as an associate attorney at a general practice litigation firm, handling matters in bankruptcy, business law, personal injury, gaming law, and other civil litigation areas.
She earned a Master of Law in Intellectual Property Law from George Washington University Law School in 2021 and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2019. Her academic and professional focus includes bankruptcy law, business formation, and general civil litigation. She has published works analyzing emerging trends in bankruptcy law and legislative reform.
